| The nightmare was so vivid and real. A dark room…A giant angry Usa-chan…and a screaming Haruhi dressed in a Cinderella princess dress. ”Help me Tamaki-senpai!!!!” His violet-blue orbs were so wide with fear and panic as he raced to save the girl.
”I’M COMING HARUHI!!” He ran as fast as his long legs would carry him. The tail of his blue night shirt whipped in the air behind him as he moved to get closer to the giant stuffed rabbit. Though it only seemed to anger the beast as his eyes changed from a traditional black, to an angry red. The creature’s mouth opened and she prepared to eat the screaming girl. Tamaki couldn’t understand why he was unable to save his love…LOVELY DAUGHTER!! ”NO HARUHI!!! HARUHI!!!”
CRASH
Tamaki rolled out of his bed with his face kissing the floor as he struggled to get unwrapped from his blankets. The dream felt so real! Though the blonde knew all too well that his precious club mate was anything but in harm’s way of being eaten by an angry Usa-chan. Still he couldn’t shake the feeling that perhaps it was a premonition of some kind? He wondered what it could possibly mean?

Rapidly he paced around the car parked outside Haruhi’s home as he waited for dawn to peek over the horizon. The dream left him far too restless, so instead he dressed for school and ordered the driver to take him to the home of his beloved protégé. He watched as the door to the girl’s home opened and she emerged from her apartment. All Tamaki could do was jump around excitedly like a puppy dog. HARUHI!! DADDY IS HERE TO TAKE YOU TO SCHOOL!!

Haruhi woke up and yawned she was studying last night but she had managed to get her recommended 8 hours of sleep. She went to the to her bathroom and brushed her hair. She opened up her contact holder’s and put in her contacts. She then slipped on her host club uniform and went down stairs to fix herself some breakfast. The brunette turned on the toaster and put in two slices of bread, and begin to brew some instant coffee or as the host club named it “commoners coffee”. After 5 minutes she got out the toast and begin to eat it. As she thought breakfast was going to be peaceful she heard the familiar sound of a limo.
Haruhi got up and quickly put up her dishes, she grabbed her book bagand ran outside of her apartment complex. Her brown eyes widened as she Tamaki jumping around outside, good thing it was early in the morning because he would be attracting attention from her neighbors. She felt a tinge of frustration, hit her. This was common but she couldn't stand it when the club showed up without calling first.
"Tamaki-Senpai you could have called,before showing up I was eating breakfast." "Although I appreciate the gesture."

| Tamaki’s puppy dog like excitement quickly dwindled into a set of sad puppy dog eyes and heartbroken whimpers. How could he cute daughter be so cruel? He was just trying to be a good daddy and make sure that she was okay. As her father he needed to protect her! He loved her just that much!! The dream shook him up pretty badly after all, but as soon as she climbed into the car his mood lightened quite a bit. He was going to have a peaceful ride to school with his darling daughter! Nothing could make this day go badly now!!
Then a loud popping sound came from the engine. They were only a few blocks from Haruhi’s home now, but the car came to a complete stop. The blonde’s eyes widened in fear. Car trouble? How can this be!? He watched as his driver got out of the car and quickly popped the hood of the engine. ”Wait here a moment Haruhi. I will see what the issue is.”
He quickly climbed out of the car and went to the front of the vehicle. He spoke quietly with the driver and learned that the issue was something about a belt being broken. The young Frenchman really wasn’t sure what that meant, but he was quick to pull out his phone. He could easily call Kyoya, or one of the others for a ride to the academy. Though a brilliant idea struck him. What if he were to go to school with Haruhi how she normally did it? It would help her feel so much more comfortable to know that even as a commoner she would be able to fit in with the wealthy pedigree of Ouran Academy! Yes this would be his chance to show her that they were the same!
He opened the door and smiled at her. ”It seems that the car is going to need to be prepared. Tell me Haruhi, how do you normally get to school? Perhaps your methods of commoner transportation could get us there faster than if we were to wait for another car?” Yes Tamaki! Be smooth and show her that we are equals! Even if you are the richer and most beautiful work of art. It is important to let your daughter know that she is accepted as she is!

Haruhi nearly jumped when she heard the loud pop from the front of the car. She knew then that the car must be having issues. She peeped through the windows to see Tamaki talking to the driver. She casually undid her seatbelt and tapped her fingertips against her legs. It seems that the car is going to need to be prepared. Tell me Haruhi, how do you normally get to school? Perhaps your methods of commoner transportation could get us there faster than if we were to wait for another car? She looked at Tamaki and let out a light sigh she didn’t know what he had planned but they had to get to school. “Well we could take a taxi cab but the most efficient is the subway.” “It’s not far from here so we could walk or take a taxi cab Tamaki-senpai.” She hoped that today would go smoothly and that Tamaki would stay calm on the trip to school, but knowing him she knew some type of shenanigans would occur.

| The subway or a taxi. Tamaki had heard of both methods, though never experienced them. From his understanding taxi drivers were often cruel men working double shift to support their families abroad! They pained themselves day in and day out to take care of their loved ones, but it made it rare for them to be home with their family. The very thoughts brought tears to the blonde’s eyes that he wiped away with a white handkerchief decorated with Kuma-chans signature face. On the other hand the subway was a complex maze of trains there were rarely ever late and often stopped at a number of locations along the track lines. Considering their situation, yes that may be the best option.
”HARUHI WE WILL TAKE THE COMMONER’S MODE OF TRANSPORTATION KNOWN AS THE SUBWAY!” He stepped forward with the look of a proud and determined general ready to lead his men into battle, but as soon as he opened the door for the young woman his heart melted and he hugged her closely. His love for his precious daughter always won in the battle of maintaining his manly visage. Yes today would be a great adventure for the pair indeed. ”Please lead the way my dear. We shall go on foot and enjoy the sights of the city together along the way! I look forward to exploring your commoner world Haruhi!” He couldn't hide his joy as a bright light of excitement seemed to beam around his body. The best part is that it would be the chance for him to be alone with his precious daughter and away from the other members of the host club.

Tamaki was bouncing off the walls like a five year old at a candy store, Haruhi watched as he was bouncing off the walls. ”HARUHI WE WILL TAKE THE COMMONER’S MODE OF TRANSPORTATION KNOWN AS THE SUBWAY” Haruhi blinked she just blinked she wanted to tell him senpai it's just a subway however she knew it was good that he was showing interest in “commoner” lifestyle. ”Please lead the way my dear. We shall go on foot and enjoy the sights of the city together along the way! I look forward to exploring your commoner world Haruhi!” Haruhi let out a small sigh “Alright Tamaki-senpai let's go the subway station.” She was almost tempted to hold his hand out of fear that he would get lost. She led him to the subway station once they had reached the tunnel, “Ok Tamaki there's an escalator be careful and make sure you watch your step.” She proceeded to step on the escalator with Tamaki as they both made their way down to the station. Haruhi stepped up to the ticket counter and ordered to two subway tickets. “Ok Senpai now we wait for the train.”
