There was a lot of noise in the dining hall but that was to be expected, after all it was a higher classed version of a cafeteria here at Ouran Academy but this was always a good chance for others to talk and converse with their friends at this time. That was no exception to Sydney, who was also here amongst everything else. She had just ordered sautéed steak with mushrooms, and the works. Sure it wasn’t the most elegant food but her it reminded of all the ordinary meals her grandmother used to make her. That was something worth remembering. She shook her head trying not to remember right now. It was an emotional thing for her even now. Anyway, she grabbed her tray and sat down at a nice table and began eating. She wondered where her friend Cora Bennett could possibly be. She invited her down for lunch, and was hoping to see her. Classes were so boring! Especially if you felt you knew everything, which Sydney believed but of course, that was her, boosting her own ego once again. © LAIKA |

Cora had brought her own lunch again, there was something about the school food that was just to richy for her tastes. She enjoyed the more home cooked styled dishes then ones that seemed to come from a five star restaurant. She had been to a few thanks to her step Dad.. Cora normally would just have eaten in her class room but she had been asked by Sydney Rhodes to eat with her in the dining hall. And well there was no saying no to her.. As much as Cora would prefer to stay in her class room, she started to make her way down to the Dinning hall.
Cora still got odd looks due to her wearing the boys uniform but she did not care. Wearing this was way better then having to wear a dress. Besides she could do more in this uniform when she could in the girl's uniform.
It did not take long to get to the dining hall as Cora had gotten better at getting around in this huge school. And of course the dinning the hall was buzzing with people. To be expected though, that was is what the dinning hall was made for., A place for people to gather and eat.. With a sigh Cora started to look around for Sydney. Though finding one person here was like finding a needle in a hay stack. But luck was on her side when she spotted Sydney. So Cora walked up to her table, "Hello." Cora said as she came up to the table and sat down in a chair. She then opened her lunch box and started to eat. "So.. Whats up?"" Cora asked just trying to start a conversation though she was never the best at starting one,
