Ashlyn grew up in America it wasn’t until the time she was eighteen that she enrolled to study abroad in Japan. She wanted to study psychology one of the best Universities in Japan. However she wasn’t rich or could she afford the tuition even though her grades were good. Much to her surprise the University offered her a scholarship, to attend. She was thrilled at the offer and immediately accepted it. When she arrived in Tokyo she settled at the dorms. Her life would change drastically as she would meet the supposed love of her life here.

She was in the library looking for a book for her psychology project, she scanned the bookshelves trying to find the book but it was lost. She felt a tap on her shoulder she turned around to see a tall man with black hair and red toned eyes. He handed her the book and mentioned that he heard her asking the librarian were the book was. He then boldly asked her if she wanted to go out for coffee. She couldn’t refuse, she accepted his offer. She finally asked him his name on the date he told her his name was Hiro.

The next few weeks were bliss hiro and Ashlyn became good friends and eventually Ashlyn received her first kiss from him. The two became inseparable,after a year he proposed to her. However his parents had no idea that he was going to marry a commoner. She was nervous to meet his parents,and she had no idea herself of his wealth. When she meet them they immediately approved of her,however they had no idea of her status. near the wedding the truth of her financial status was revealed they demanded that the wedding be cancelled. hiro refused and told his parents he would marry Ashlyn with or without their blessing. His parents realized they wanted their sons happiness and gave their blessing. After they were married for 4 months Ashlyn became pregnant. The news of her pregnancy was wonderful her husband was also thrilled.

Two years later when Ashlyn was 22 her marriage began to fall apart. her husband became abusive and started drinking and staying out late. One day when she arrived back at their house she found the house was on fire. She realized her child. was in the house with her husband. She ran in finding the house crumbling down to see her child crushed by the ceiling beams. She let out a loud sobbing scream. She was paralyzed from sorrow and fear.she looked over to see her husband he didn't say anything he walked near a ceiling beam and she watched as it fell on him crushing him.

She made her way out of the burning house as she fell to the ground passing out from the smoke. she woke up in the hospital seeing her in laws with tears of relief. After the incident her in laws paid for her recovery and therapy.Over the next year she recovered and got her teaching degree. After a successful job interview she was hired as the school counselor for Ouran academy. she now has a fresh start what will this new start bring for her.
